Bored staff!

The hotel was functional and placed in a functional-style building. The staff I encountered were outstandingly helpful. The room was big with 2 equal beds, had a good night's sleep. The restaurant was within a close distance from the venue😀

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and air-conditioned rooms and great facilities like two pools with ocean views. The staff, especially the owner/night manager, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and even giving us a tour of the hotel. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the bus station, market, restaurants, and groceries.

Liked our rooms with 2 equal beds. The location was quiet, for example, Tulum Avenue was within walking distance of the hotel. The whole staff was outstandingly helpful and extremely helpful.

Our stay at Capital O Cancun Ocean View was fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long flight. The shower was also great, providing a refreshing start to the day. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop area, where we could relax and take in the surroundings. Despite the simple breakfast options, the tea was tasty and there was a local taco store nearby for a more substantial meal. The manager was helpful in directing us to a local shop for a sim card and arranging a taxi to the port. Capital O Cancun Ocean View provided excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a really cute design. The bed was big and very comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the addition of a safe in the room for our valuables. The hotel's rooftop jacuzzi and gym were great amenities that we took advantage of. The location of the hotel, while not downtown, provided an interesting and authentic local experience during the day. We felt safe and secure within the hotel premises throughout our stay.
